Terms of Service
Effective January 15, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Lunavra FireSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Lunavra FireSafe immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
3. Courses and licenses
All courses and materials are licensed for the specific personal or organizational use purchased. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly perform content without prior written consent from Lunavra FireSafe.
4. Payments and refunds
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the course has been completed. Enterprise agreements may contain separate refund terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
- Do not upload or share content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Respect platform resources and do not deploy automated scraping tools or deliberately degrade service performance.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
Lunavra FireSafe provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Training content does not replace professional judgment, applicable certifications, or on-site safety procedures during real emergencies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunavra FireSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
